PlantPro Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the PlantPro mobile application ("App") and related services provided by Zenaxis ("we", "our", "us"). By downloading, installing, or using PlantPro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use PlantPro.
• By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

• You may log in using Google or Apple accounts.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities under your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access, you must notify us immediately at help@plantpro.online.

• PlantPro is offered as a premium subscription service.
• Subscriptions are processed through Google Play or the Apple App Store and managed by RevenueCat.
• Payments are handled entirely by the app stores; we do not process or store your payment card details.
• Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.
• We do not provide refunds beyond what is required by applicable law or the app store policies.

You agree to:

• Use PlantPro only for lawful purposes.
• Not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the App.
• Not upload harmful content (e.g., viruses, malware, or unlawful material).
• Not use the App in a way that interferes with other users or our systems.

• The App may request access to your camera, gallery, and location for functionality (e.g., plant identification, local data).
• By granting these permissions, you allow the App to use such data only as needed to provide services.
• You retain rights to any content (such as photos) you upload, but grant us a limited license to use that content for providing the service.

Your use of PlantPro is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data. The Privacy Policy is available in the app and at help@plantpro.online.

• You may delete your account at any time via Profile > Edit Profile > Delete Account, which will erase your personal data immediately.
• We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in harmful activity.

• PlantPro is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
• Plant care tips, recommendations, or information provided are for informational purposes only and should not replace professional advice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of PlantPro.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we will notify you via the App or email. By continuing to use PlantPro after changes take effect, you agree to the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence, unless local consumer protection laws apply differently.
